I would highly recommend them. I thought they did a terrific job—it was as if we had people in-house working with us. We were having morning meetings on a daily basis, Monday through Friday, where we would review what had been done the previous day and then set tasks and objectives for the next 24 hours. After that time, we’d have another meeting, and it was just a continual process. It worked really well.
